By comparing the design model with the actual position of the machine's cutting mechanism, such as the bucket or blade, the MC1 machinery control software helps the operator position the machine properly to achieve the intended design. The MC1 software automatically controls the position of the machine's cutting mechanism, providing greater efficiency to operators on site.
Leica MC1 works alongside a robust hardware platform, the Leica MCP80 panel and the MDS series base station, providing an interchangeable panel between machines on site. The new MC1 platform is fully integrated into the heavy construction workflow and is adapted to the Leica ConX cloud productivity solution for more efficient management of heavy construction projects.
