WiSen wireless geotechnical monitoring systems
The WiSenMeshWAN® system offers dynamic and autonomous wireless data acquisition from geotechnical sensors using the most advanced technologies. Automated measurement with geotechnical sensors, using long-range wireless radio nodes and a SmartGateway, allows you to focus on more demanding tasks instead of having to pay attention to the acquisition and manual recording of data.
The sensor nodes of the WiSenMeshWAN® system are transmitters and receivers that create an automatic dynamic radio mesh network that sends data to a SmartGateway. Users have full remote control over the system through direct, trigger, or scheduled changes, allowing for dynamic measurements and reporting with data from 1Hz to twice a week.
The WiSenMeshWAN® product range is fully compatible with Leica Geosystems and Hexagon monitoring solutions, offering continuous data for incorporation into Leica GeoMoS or HxGN GeoMonitoring Hub monitoring software.
Gain extensive knowledge with a complete monitoring solution and create homogeneous systems using geodetic, geotechnical, and InSAR data.
Minimal configuration, maximum integrationThe sensors are "plug and play" and can be used right out of the box with a radio network that configures itself automatically. Numerous interface options allow integration with third-party sensors from leading geotechnical manufacturers (analog, digital, or vibrating wire interface). |
Autonomous systemDesigned to withstand up to 10 years of maintenance-free use, the units have a protection class of IP65 or higher with internal power and radio. Additionally, thanks to their robust housings, the units can be mounted in multiple ways to suit the diverse needs of your monitoring projects. |
Dynamic measurement and reportingConnected geotechnical sensors and nodes measure and report data automatically at user-defined intervals, from once per second to twice per week. Configure your system to read at different intervals over specific periods of time or change the reading interval based on trigger events. |
Wireless sensor networkA fully automated and encrypted long-range radio network, with interconnection up to 1.5 km between nodes, using data hopping technology to facilitate the collection of monitoring data. It combines dynamic radio transmission routing and ground penetration to further enhance the system. Data hopping wireless networks are robust and easy to use for reliable monitoring data acquisition. |
