Tilt Beam Wireless
The Tilt Beam sensors consist of aluminum metal bars of 1, 2, or 3 meters in length on which a wireless inclinometer is mounted. They are usually installed in series so that the end of one bar coincides with the beginning of the next until the required distance is covered.
Wireless Tilt Beam
The Tilt Beam device consists of a triaxial tilt control sensor installed in the center of a tubular steel support. This support can be 1, 2, or 3 meters long. They are typically installed in series so that the end of one bar coincides with the beginning of the next until the required distance is covered. Differential movements of the structure cause a different rotation of the bars, showing the differential movements or settlements of the structure to be monitored.
The Tiltmeter's three-axis wireless sensor that detects the data is extremely precise and exceptionally stable. Variable and remotely configurable sampling frequencies, a robust design, and a battery life of up to 8 years make this wireless Tiltmeter suitable for many environments and solutions. The wireless inclinometers transmit precise readings from the site using the LoRaWAN wireless communication protocol through a gateway.
Differential movements of the structure cause different rotation of the bars, showing the differential movements or settlements of the structure to be monitored. Installation is quick and easy, with no need for wiring. Like all Move Solutions sensors, they are wireless devices and use the LoRaWAN communication protocol to send data to the Gateway.

Main Applications
Railways MonitoringMonitors Pitch and Roll angles, Twist, and Vertical Bow with high accuracy. These measurements provide the fundamental parameters for static track monitoring. |
Bridge MonitoringControls all static parameters of a bridge, such as pier rotations or static span deflections. |
Building MonitoringMonitors the rotations of any structure and building with the wireless inclinometer and tilt beam. |
Tunnel MonitoringControls all static parameters of any tunnel or subway. The tilt beams can be installed both horizontally and vertically. |
Easy Installation of Move Wireless Monitoring System
Installing an entire system of wireless sensors on-site is quick and easy: simply mount each device with at least two screws on the structure you want to monitor and power the LoRaWAN gateway. You can configure the entire system remotely, before, during, or after installation, using your laptop or tablet. After mounting and configuration, the Move wireless monitoring system will begin measuring, and you can start monitoring remotely.
Operation of Move Wireless Monitoring System
The wireless sensor system automatically communicates measurement data via LoRaWAN with the on-site gateway, which in turn sends the received data via 4G or LTE to online servers. The Move Cloud Platform is the cloud-based web tool that allows you to access, view, and export your measurement data and configure the settings of the entire sensor system. You can access the Move Cloud Platform 24/7 from anywhere or any device in the world. One of the main advantages of the Move Cloud Platform is that it offers remote access to measurement data and allows remote configuration of all installed sensors. This saves time and labor. Additionally, you can analyze measurement data using processing algorithms included in the service. Perform calculations, correlations, and complex analyses automatically and effortlessly. With just one click, you can export measurement data in CSV format. You can also easily configure alerts to multiple recipients who will receive threshold-crossing notifications via email.
- Easily install the entire system on the structure without wiring.
- Configure all wireless sensors quickly and remotely.
- View measurement data in real-time wherever you are, on any device, 24/7.
- Process collected data using implemented algorithms.
- Constantly monitor the system's operational status and signal quality remotely.
- Customize alarm notifications and receive overload notifications via email.
- Optionally, you can integrate data into your platform via an MQTT bridge, FTP, or API calls.
