Portable 3D Laser Tracker AT930
The Leica Absolute Tracker AT930 is the latest generation of 3D laser tracker featuring the Leica Absolute Interferometer (AIFM), providing high-speed dynamic measurement capabilities that set it apart from the competition. With automatic target location and the ability to instantly re-establish an interrupted beam, it is the fast, accurate, and easy-to-use way to measure reflectors.
Certified to IP54 standards by the IEC, the robust and technologically integrated design of the AT930 is ready to measure even in the harshest conditions without the need for additional accessories.
As the 3D version of the Leica Absolute Tracker AT960, the AT930 shares all the features and functionalities of the AT960 except for variozoom 6DoF compatibility, making it the ideal solution for high-speed measurements in volumes of up to 160 m (Ø). Compatible with reflectors for line-of-sight measurements, the AT930 offers a versatile portable 3D laser tracker solution.
The latest generation of the PowerLock active vision system ensures the laser automatically follows the user, re-establishing an interrupted beam with a typical uncertainty of just 10 µm, so operators no longer need to worry about beam interruption. The AIFM provides the speed of an interferometer and the accuracy of an absolute distance meter, while the real-time operating system supports a measurement speed of up to 1,000 points per second.
The all-in-one design with leveling equipment, environmental monitoring, and overview camera all integrated into the device allows users to simply unpack the tracker and start measuring. Additionally, it features wireless communication and the option of main power or battery, enabling the AT930 to operate virtually anywhere.

With all the Leica laser tracker accessories integrated into the device, the AT930 requires minimal setup and basic training for operators, being ready to measure right out of the box.
PowerLock
The interrupted line of sight is automatically re-established within a +/-5-degree field of view without any user interaction, ensuring ease of use and exceptional performance even in the most congested measurement environments.
Absolute Interferometer (AIFM)
The AIFM distance measurement unit combines the accuracy of an absolute distance meter with the speed of an interferometer to provide fast and accurate readings without the need for a reference point.
1 kHz Data Output
The real-time architecture with dynamic performance provides a measurement speed of up to 1,000 points per second, enabling more detailed and faster data capture.
Battery Power
The hot-swappable battery independent power supply allows for quick, cable-free setup in almost any location for enhanced portability, offering a flexible solution that lasts up to a full work shift, no matter where the tracker is needed.
Wi-Fi
The built-in Wi-Fi allows for easy setup and communication with the PC for truly wireless operations, also providing remote control options via laptops, tablets, or smartphones, enabling the tracker to be operated by a single user.
IP54
The IEC-certified sealed unit ensures protection against dust ingress and other contaminants, allowing the tracker to effectively measure even in the harshest environments.
MeteoStation
The integrated environmental unit monitors conditions such as temperature, pressure, and humidity to compensate for changes and ensure accurate measurements regardless of external factors.
Overview Camera (OVC)
The high-resolution color OVC allows operators to remotely view the tracker’s field of view, locate targets for measuring fixed reflectors, including managing multiple points in a single image, ideal for static hidden point devices or to complement documentation.
Gravity Orientation (OTG)
The OTG function allows users to perform measurements with the Z-axis aligned with gravity, ideal for leveling and alignment tasks such as the construction and inspection of tools and fixtures.
