Leica CloudWorx for PDMS is a plugin to efficiently manipulate rich as-built point cloud data captured by laser scanners directly in PDMS for better retrofit design, construction, and operations. It provides a virtual site in PDMS that allows you to confidently assess the potential impacts of the new design on construction and operations.
Users work in the familiar PDMS interface, reducing the learning curve for working with point clouds. Leica CloudWorx and the powerful Leica Cyclone point cloud engines and the new Leica JetStream allow PDMS users to effectively visualize and work with large point cloud datasets. Users benefit from complete and accurate laser scan data to design, check proposed designs with existing conditions, create as-built models, perform critical quality control tasks for construction and manufacturing, and more, all directly in PDMS.
