The AESUB transparent scanning spray is an excellent solution. Thanks to AESUB transparent, you can use an optical scanner to capture the color values of the scanned object in addition to the surface contours.
By using AESUB scanning spray, you apply a thin, even layer to the object to create excellent contrasts for 3D scanning. Thus, a 3D scanner can capture the object completely and with high precision.
The transparent, dry-to-the-touch layer of AESUB transparent scanning spray automatically evaporates after scanning, making laborious cleaning of the scanned object unnecessary. Laboratories, sensors, environments, scanners, and users are not contaminated with pigments. By using this sublimating spray, you will maximize efficiency and productivity in the scanning process.
AESUB transparent contains active substances, propellant, solvent and has been optimized for material compatibility. The spray sublimates completely leaving no residue on the surface of the scanned object.
Intended Use
- Facilitates optical digitization of hard-to-capture objects (e.g., transparent, shiny, or reflective parts).
- For scanning jobs where a dry-to-the-touch layer is needed that automatically evaporates after the scanning process. The normally laborious cleaning after application is no longer necessary. Components can be reused without residues.
- Smooth application of the spray on the object to be scanned with uniform back-and-forth motions from a distance of 15 - 20 cm.
