AESUB Blue - Anti-reflective Spray for 3D Laser Scanning

Want to scan an object that is difficult or nearly impossible to capture with a 3D scanner? Does the object have transparent areas (like glass), reflective or mirrored surfaces, or even extreme hollows? Then, AESUB scanning spray is your best choice.

By using AESUB scanning spray, you apply a thin, homogeneous layer to the object to create excellent contrasts for 3D scanning. Thus, a 3D scanner can fully and accurately capture the object.

The dry-to-the-touch white coating of the AESUB blue spray automatically evaporates after scanning, making laborious cleaning of the scanned object unnecessary. Labs, sensors, environments, scanners, and users are not contaminated with pigments. By using this sublimating spray, you will maximize efficiency and productivity in the scanning process.

AESUB blue contains active substances, propellant, solvent, and has been optimized for material compatibility. The spray completely sublimates leaving no residue on the surface of the scanned object.

Designated Uses

  • Facilitates the optical digitization of objects difficult to capture (e.g., transparent, shiny, or reflective parts).
  • For scanning jobs where a dry-to-the-touch coating that automatically evaporates after the scanning process is needed. The normally laborious cleaning after application is no longer necessary. Components can be reused without residue.
  • Soft spraying of the scanning object with uniform forward and backward movements from a distance of 15 - 20 cm.

Product Features

  • Disappearing scanning spray (sublimating)
  • Pigment-free – The spray powder does not harm sensitive scanning equipment
  • No need for post-cleaning – The spray sublimates and evaporates after the scanning process
  • Fine, homogeneous, and dry-to-the-touch coating
  • Matte white opaque surface on the scanned object
  • Layer thickness: ~8 – 15 µm
  • Optimal contrast values
  • Optimized material compatibility
