Industrial Theodolite TM6100A

Now, Leica Geosystems has set an even higher standard by incorporating more features and benefits into its latest theodolite. Introducing: the Leica TM6100A industrial theodolite.
Designed with cutting-edge technology
Leica Geosystems has redesigned the direct drive technology for the Leica TM6100A, using the same piezoelectric technology employed in the Leica TDRA6000 and the Leica Absolute Tracker AT403. These new direct drives offer the stability of manual drives, the flexibility of fully automated motorized drives, and still allow precise submicron level positioning. The precision adjustment buttons on the Leica TM6100A have been strategically repositioned to facilitate measurement in challenging situations and, as there are no mechanisms with this new technology, the direct drives require almost no maintenance and are virtually silent.
The Leica TM6100A not only features a newly designed battery concept, but since the direct drive piezoelectric technology consumes less energy, the battery lasts much longer. Users can work more than a full day without needing to charge or change the battery.
Designed with the operator in mind
Leica Geosystems has added new functions to the display and interface of the Leica TM6100A. The new color touch screen remains clearly visible at all times, allowing operators to take the theodolite anywhere. The new and intuitive user interface allows operators to perform basic measurements and sensor calibrations with only minimal training. The interface offers function keys that can be adjusted for specific procedures, six of the 12 function keys are pre-configured with the most used procedures. Leica Geosystems continues to elevate industrial measurement to new levels with the new Leica TM6100A.
