Leica PowerBlade Scraper System
The Leica PowerBlade system is a complete solution driven by the easy-to-use MCP700 control box, full of features. A selection of laser receivers allows you to adapt the system to your application. An extremely robust electric mast and a variety of hydraulic options complete the system. All components have been developed to withstand the additional stress experienced in bulldozers and agricultural tractors.
The PowerBlade system features a very robust and durable design and meets any challenge:
- Designed for advanced leveling of agricultural land, providing survey capability, automatic averaging, and lift functionality
- Variety of hydraulic valves can be operated and tuned (black/white, proportional, Danfoss)
- Option of manual or automatic machine level control
- Quick learning curve thanks to the simple user interface
- Bright LED display readable even in strong sunlight
- 360° capture range in a 190 mm (8") window with MLS720 receiver
- Proportional detection offers precision exactly where you need it
- 2.5 mm (1/10") accuracy regardless of laser beam width
- Works with all types of lasers
The system can be mounted on a wide range of machinery such as scrapers, bulldozers, and agricultural tractors, automatically controlling and adjusting the work.
MCP700 Control Box
The PowerBlade system offers five different grade position indications, including off-beam directional indicators. This information is displayed where you need it - in the control box. Selectable accuracies provide working tolerances from rough grading to final finishing. The control box is water-resistant (IP65) and uses an LED display that can be easily read even in intense sunlight. Two easy-to-operate switches allow you to choose between automatic/manual mode and blade raise/lower. The well-designed layout makes the control box easy to use and understand. The system features a lift function that allows the operator to temporarily raise the blade without leaving automatic mode. This feature is especially useful for rough grading when moving large amounts of dirt.
This feature makes land leveling a simple task. The small size of the control box makes it easy to integrate into any machine.
MPM700 Electric Mast
The MPM700 electric mast was developed specifically for use in demanding environments. The robust design and the anti-vibration system of the platform are the ultimate combination against damage in tough construction environments.
MLS720 Laser Receiver
The laser receiver is waterproof (IP68) and uses an LED display that can be easily read even in intense sunlight. The receiver has a 360° capture range, with a 190 mm measurement window. It features five different grade position indications. The receiver communicates and is activated through the MCP700's CAN bus.
